Delivery & Returns
1. Delivery
1.1 Most items for UK delivery will be sent by 'Royal Mail Signed For' service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
All items for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
1.2 Dates or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although if a product is in stock, we aim to send it out on your behalf to your specified delivery address as soon as possible. If any item is not in stock we will aim to deliver within 14 days, but 28 days should be allowed. If we cannot despatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.
1.3 For all mainland UK orders we have a standardised delivery and packing service for all orders at just £3.95 per delivery address no matter how much you order. We do reserve the right to alter individual order subject to rising postage and delivery charges and weight of order, however, we will contact you first. We try to keep our International P&P rates to a minimum. International orders can be subject to the standard Royal Mail Worldwide schedule of postage rates. However this would only be used after prior agreement of the client.
1.4 We always aim to send your purchases out within 48 hours of you placing your order. We will always contact you should an item be Out of Stock. In this instance you will always be given the option of placing the item on Back Order or we will refund your transaction. Speyside Weddings Ltd do not despatch orders to PO Boxes. We request all of our customers to have registered addresses. Speyside Weddings Ltd reserves the right to decline any orders that do meet their credit card billing criteria.
1.5 Late/Non Arrival of Delivery - If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive in the delivery timescale please contact us on enquiries@speysideweddingsshop.co.uk. In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement /refund after 20 working days has passed .This is the time scale for the Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost.
1.6 Once the item(s) have been delivered to the delivery address it is no longer the responsibility of Speyside Weddings Ltd. Refunds cannot be given if your gift is not passed on to the main recipient.
1.7 Speyside Weddings Ltd will not be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party.
2. Acceptance
2.1 The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. (This does not however affect the customer's statutory rights).
3. Guarantee Refunds and Returned Goods
Returns Policy
3.1 No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings or body jewellery for hygienic reasons or rings ordered to a specific size.
3.2 Personalised Items. There will also be no refunds for personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us.
3.2 We offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded.
3.3 Items must be returned in a resalable condition otherwise no refund can be given. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged or faulty).
3.4 Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us via recorded delivery. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
