Definitions
"Speyside Weddings Ltd", Speyside Weddings Ltd, 7 Fife, Street, Dufftown, KEITH, AB55 4AL, UK.
"Customer" or "you" means the person or company who place an order via the website to purchase any of the products.
"Products" means the products offered for sale by Speyside Weddings Ltd via the website.

Acceptance of Order:
Placing an order through the website is notification that you agree with our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase.
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all Products by Speyside Weddings Ltd, to the Customer. All other terms and conditions expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1.2 We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as accurately as possible.
1.3 When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
1.4 Please also be aware that we are not responsible for any additional sales taxes and duties your purchase may entail by your Order entering your countries postal/delivery system. These are payable by you, the customer. All transactions on this secure website are processed in £ Sterling.
2. Price
2.1 All prices are quoted in £ Sterling.
2.2 All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated. You will be given the total price of the transaction before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden extra costs.
2.3 In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Speyside Weddings Ltd reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. The normal price will be offered instead.
3. Payment
3.1 We accept most credit and debit cards via PayPal. Please note a PayPal Account is not needed to use that form of payment.
3.2 After placing an order the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of order for the purchase.
4. Passing of Property
4.1 Speyside Weddings Ltd shall retain legal title to the products until all payment has been made in full by the Customer.
5. Passing of Risk
5.1 The risk on the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
6. Cancellation
6.1 Speyside Weddings Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order or part of order or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate or process the order.
6.2 Speyside Weddings Ltd accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its’ inability to do so or its’ decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided it takes all reasonable steps to notify the customer within 14 days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Speyside Weddings Ltd will immediately refund any payments made in full.
6.3 The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days which starts from the day after the day the customer receives the goods. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Speyside Weddings Ltd will refund the customer’s money within 30 days of cancellation.
7. Licence Agreement

7.1 The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Speyside Weddings Ltd cannot be held responsible for any misuse constructed by the Customer or any third party.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 If the Customer has any complaint he or she should contact Speyside Weddings Ltd on 01340 821396 or email the complaint to
9.2 Speyside Weddings Ltd and the Customer shall use their best efforts to negotiate in good faith and settle amicably any dispute that may arise out of the supply of Products or these Conditions.
9.3 If the parties cannot settle any such dispute within 21 days it shall be determined by an independent third party jointly nominated by the parties ("the third party"). If the parties shall fail to nominate a Third Party within a further 7 days then the Third Party shall be nominated at the request of either party. The consumer is not compelled to take part in these proceedings.
9.4 The Third Party shall act as an expert and not as an arbitrator whose decision (including as to costs) shall be final and binding upon the parties.
10. Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
